First Post (What's a girl to say?)

Starting a blog seems so intimidating and almost like someone is peeking into the innermost part of your thoughts. It seems pretty vulnerable, but here we go....

"HEY....I'm Chanel and I adore all things pretty that have to do with Weddings and Baby Showers!"

If you would have told me that we would be starting a blog, I would have said you were not telling the truth. However, I figured with all of the experience that I have gained over the past years, it would be nice to start sharing some insight, fun tips and update you regularly on the happenings at Just Plan It!

As you can see in the photo below, it reflects the personality of our business fully. Upbeat, fun, outgoing and one big ball of energy. That's something that we try to bring to each and every single event. There will never be a celebration like yours again, so it's best to bring your "A" game to make this the most memorable of them all.

Just Plan It Event Tip:

With each and every client, it is always asked first "Do you have a venue?" Why is that asked you wonder? Well, without a venue, you just have a date and no event. Finding a location to have your event, whether it is a wedding, birthday party or baby shower, it can be overwhelming. You wonder where to start right? Check out a few suggestions below!

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Google Search for venues in you city/state.

  2. Ask friends and family from previous events.

  3. Try to recall where you attended some of the events of friends or family.

If you need any assistance in finding a venue, we have one you can use! OR We can definitely find you an amazing venue for your special day.
